The Justice Court Clerk’s window is where traffic court meets and payments are made.

Traffic court is held at 9:30 am on every Monday (except Holidays) at the Justice Court Clerks’ counter.  Bring a copy of your citation, check in with the Court clerk  the clerk will direct you to proceed to the District Attorney’s counter, where you may discuss and resolve your citation.

You may speak with the District Attorney’s representative about your case.

If you cannot come to an agreement with the District Attorney’s representative, you may return to our counter to post bail and to receive a trial date. Your trial will be held  approximately 4 weeks later.
