Records Sealing

Use this page to create an official Records Sealing petition. You will need to have all your case paperwork in order to fill in all fields. Make sure to use the appropriate form: Use the Conviction form if you were convicted of a crime (guilty); Use the Dismissal or Acquittal form if your case was dismissed or you were acquitted. You may also download PDFs of these forms and fill them out offline.  At this time the forms must be printed and then mailed or brought with you to court.
