Forms

Access to justice and the Court is important. You do not have to have an attorney represent you in order for you to file a document, or appear, in the East Fork Justice Court. The Court has developed a selection of forms for certain types of cases, and a list of resources, so that unrepresented individuals may access the Court.

The Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada also has a list of forms acceptable on a wide variety of civil law subjects. You can access them through the Civil Law Self Help Center.

The Douglas County District Attorney has prepared a handbook and forms specific to Douglas County on  how to seal your criminal records.

Pro bono attorney representation may be available through Nevada Legal Services or Volunteer Attorneys of Rural Nevada.
